Nando's Brand Fail - Food Fail

This is the most pathetic service I have ever received from a restaurant. On the 9th of February 2020 I went to Kuilsriver nando’s I ordered the following: 1 x Full chicken Hot extra sauce skinless with 4 sides Nados salad Coleslaw Nandos Rolls Peri peri wedges 1x nandinos Meal burger and cranberry juice Chicken strips spicy rice extra hot and extra sauce 2 x Wraps hot extra sauce 1 x Churro

Oh my word for lunch we were dying to have this and eat this and I ordered and took our stuff in such anticipation for such a great meal. This is what I got when I got home: 1 x Half chicken Lemon and Herb with 4 sides Nandos salad- Which was off smelt funny Coleslaw- This was great Nandos Rolls- hard Peri peri wedges- Was stale honestly 1x nandinos Strips no sauce and cranberry No Juice No Chicken strips on half spicy rice no sauce 2 x Wraps with salad in them 1 x Churro- was amazing with no sugar and cinnamon as well no chocolate.

I wasted hard earned money on you guys and got pathetic service. I drove back and was told I could have done this and there is no way you let this out your kitchen. I am disappointed that your staff think this. I wanted a full refund and was told no. I wish I paid by card and not cash so I can go back and reverse this transaction.

Poor brand service Poor Customer service Just brand failing.
