Nando’s Brackenhurst has No respect for customers

On the27th January I called in to place order and received a confirmation sms that my order will arrive at 13:30. I called in at 2pm to cancel the order as it hasn’t arrived, I spoke to the Manager Sibusiso who told me about their guys using bikes and they can’t answer their phones. At 14:10 a red Toyota Corolla arrived at my house with the order. This is the second time my order comes a while 30 min late. This store has no respect for its customers. I don’t want to hear from Manager I just need their service delivery to be adjusted.
