Nando's Brackenhurst bad food taste

So Friday I decided to get Nando's from the Brackenhurst Nando's, we eat from Nando's Brackenhurst at least once every week. But this week was worst experience ever.

I get to Nando's,..order and wait since it is month end obviously it will take longer. Finally food comes and waiter hands me my food after he checks it, get home...order is wrong and go back. The fix the order and offer me a milkshake, again get home to eat and find the unappetizing peace of chicken ever. The salad was the same as the salad I bought the Wednesday. The tomatoes in the salad was from days prior, soggy....Does Nando's even no that you need to offer fresh salad to customers, I do not want salad made three days ago.

The let get to the milkshake, it was a good effort but I would not even give it 3 out of 10.

I will never ever use Nando's again and to think I support them at least once a week.
