Nandos Brackenfell Sucks

Two (2) Nandos visited in Brackenfell on the 27/12/2023

1 Nandos Brackenfell, Pick and Pay Hypermarket !!!

Went to Nandos and ordered our meal ,paid for it and got the worst treatment from the staff at the cashier 😔 , First she ignored my wife who wanted to place the order becouse her lipstick and friend was more important, second cashier just looked and ignored , eventually she was asked for some surface and she couldn't get that right also ,,ok eventually!!! The order was paid for 🤦, then my wife eny back to put in another order and then there was NO change in the register ... A manager was called and she was just as useless as both cashier's combine 🤦🤬,, so I cancelled my whole order and explained to the manager that i will rather go to another establishment .. Nandos need to look at training of the staff

2. Nandos Brackenfell Gape Gate

After driving almost 9 km to the next Nandos we arrived there becouse in the past we use to get great food and service there , to my dismay the following happened ... Order was placed and paid for Again 🤦🤦🤦 We were rudely informed that No sit down s can be handled becouse there is bo cutlery and or plates anf No tables open ,,on observation 4 six seaters was available but becouse they had a work function ( external company ) they would rather give there attention to them , we ordered take aways . My wife went to the cashier and ask about the open tables and it was then that the cashier was rude, she left it and she was waiting for our order after he wanted to Cancel it out of spite On completion of the order the same cashier shouted to her " u there ,come here " .. is that the way to speak to a customer?? And we were informed that Nando is Not a franchise

Dont know if someone will read this or what or even if anything will be done but atleast those 2 franchises will be losing my and everyone i can inform about this😔😔 We enjoy the food at Nandos but not the terrible useless managers and rude staff
