Nandos Brackenfell poor client service

I've ordered a few items at Nando's Brackenfell via Mr D Foods that costed R546.90. Of 2 half chickens I only received 1. I also orfered a Grand salad worth R125 and specified 'No olives' which was ignored. Why do they have these option to add or leave something, if it's just ignored? I then phoned Nandos and after 5 tries a man finally answered and informed me he will investigate and phoned me back. HE NEVER DID. They obviously have no idea what good client service means, or just don't care. I am very disappointed and that was the last time I will ever order anything from them.
