Nandos Brackenfell - Never again

So I reviewed your very bland "chicken" salad with hardly any chicken and was told so send an email to customer care.

Some person phoned me yesterday or the day before (not exactly sure when) saying they got my review and management will be in contact with me.

I get a phone call now in the middle of a work day from Nandos asking me what the issue is. I explained that R 100 for the salad is rediculous. There is no chicken, just freakin leaves.

This bright spark then tells me in a very dull and laid back tone that you only give 60g of chicken. 60g?? ***. 60g for over a R 100 for the salad. You can buy an entire juicy cooked chicken from Woollies for R 99. I just got leaves and not even the nice ones. This person goes on to ask me why I took so long to complain. Normally a person complaines immediately. I don't know who this clown is but if this is the people you have working for you I can guarantee you your branch is not gonna last long.

What I now actually want to know is *** was the reason for your call??? No apology, nothing! Just telling me oh well it is what it is.

You should be ashamed of yourselves. I will never order from Nandos again or refer anyone to your restaurant.
