Nandos Brackenfell

I went to nandos brakenfell on the 26th November 2023 where i ordered a full chicken special only to receive it after an hour when i asked when i am getting my order. To my disappointment the order was given to thw table nwct to ua and on enquiring the waiter came back to the table and wanted to give us that food the customera already touched and removed the toothpicks with hot and mild on now how can u do that. She took it back to the kitchen not knowing i am following her and she wanted to put that same chicken and cutlery that people touched into another serving diah and bring it to us. Then i told them to call the manager and he rectified the matter on which he also wanted to give ua the same chips and touched cutlery, i told him know u cant do that and you muat compensate me for thw long wait and unprofessional service, upon which he gave us one side of chips free..sies disgusting Nandos brackenfell.. the other manager phoned me after a laid a complaint and i told het to call back the next day. Up till now after numerous calls and emails Nandos did not contact me. I will go on evety social media platform to name and shame them
