Nando's Braamfontein - Exceptional customer service!
I'm quiet pleased with the service i received today from Nando's Braamfontein. The staff namely: Tshepo, Mike, the driver (sorry i didn't get his name) and especially Manager Penny were great and gave me exceptional service! I initially ordered a meal to collect but was caught up at the office and couldn't go collect. I called them to convert the method from collection to delivery and to which they gladly assisted. What even made the experience the best was how Penny went out of her way to get someone to deliver the food in less than the estimated time. While I was expecting them to get to me in around 40-60 minutes, they were there in 20! These guys really know how to keep their customers happy, both with great tasting food and the best service! Keep it up!
