I have experienced shocking service twice within a few months from this store. The 1st time, I ordered platters over R4000 for a rugby game. I rang the store after I placed the order to let them know my situation. We needed to leave at a certain time to be at the rugby on time and cater accordingly for management and staff. They failed to deliver on time, and they failed to advise customer of this delay even after explaining the situation. I was late for the rugby, managers and staff were locked out of our boxed seats as I had the keys, and the food arrived late aswell.

Their excuse is that they need to get MR D to deliver - this needs to be taken into account when a customer placed the order. It is just Poor management!

This past week I ordered platters again for SHEQ auditors final day with us. The price was around 2k. The auditors had to leave without lunch as they needed to catch a flight back to JHB. Embarrassing.

I will never support this store again and it has made me reluctant to purchase from ANY Nandos due to this shocking service.
