Nando's Blue Hills is NOT up to Scratch! Awful Nando's Franchise!
A friend and I decided to pop into the Nando's Blue Hills restaurant for a chicken liver meal each. When the food arrived, we were very disappointed on the quality of the food. The chicken livers were hard, as if they has been cooked days before and the sauce the livers were served in was cold. The only thing hot, was the bread roll that comes with the meal. This is not the standard I am used to from a Nando's franchise. Added to the disappointing food, the music playing in the restaurant was so loud, that we couldn't talk to each other, and the choice of music playing left a lot to be desired that we hastily ate the awful food and left. It was not even worth complaining to the staff, as there seemed a major lack of enthusiasm and commitment to their jobs. Needless to say, we spent the rest of the day feeling very ill - details I am sure the reader does not want to read.
Nando's, this service and quality of food has left me wondering if I can trust eating at your facilities again. Maybe I need to look elsewhere to satisfy my chicken liver cravings.
