Nando's Bloemfontein

I just drove in from Port Elizabeth. It's 3.00pm and I have to be at a tournament at 4.00 pm. I went to Nando's with 5 kids entering the tournament. I ordered to the front. The manager( Lebongwe) asks me if I am sit down or take away. I told him sit down. He then shouts me to sit down and wait. I come back to the front and tell him I'm using a voucher. They tell me to sit down. I sit down and wait for 10 min. A lady comes to take my order. I tell her I have not seen the menu. What do I order. She then brings me a menu. She goes and never comes back. At 3.30 I go to the manager and ask him why he is being so difficult. Why can't I just order in the front. He says no chance. He then turns to another lady and smiles and grid her ignoring me. I tell him you being unnecessarily difficult. It's 3.40. he says there is a waitlist go sit now. Really. I have 5 kids playing Nationals in 20 mins. I think this gentleman had a preconceived notion about people. Nando's you need to employ staff who understand you not running a side walk chicken stand on the street. It sure feels that way
