Nandos beyers naude - Pathetic service

<p>Went to nandos on friday 06/01/2017, afternoon around 5:30. first the lady taking the order wasnt paying attention and we had to repeat our order numerous time. finally waited over 15 min for our meal only to receive the meal cold. also the order received was not even wat we ordered. after much re-ordering and sending back our food ---we got to eat. but there was no cutlery. asked the waiter 3 times to bring us cutlery. we barely could finish our meal as the food was cold and after all that waiting we had lost our appetite. also the lights tripped sumwher between all the drama. i asked 3 different waiters to call the manager and a longgg while later he came to us, he listened to my complaint and all he could say was that i need to give him my fone number and he will call me that same day. i gave him the number and till now im awaiting his call. his name is Sibusiso. being a frequent customer at this nandos and the one at cresta mall i am utterly dissapointed in the service i received. being a paying customer i feel i did not receive what i paid for. we couldnt even finish our meals and to me thats a waste of my hard earned money.</p> <p> </p>
