Nandos Benmore, Worst customer experience!!!

Don't buy from this restaurant, I will never buy from here again. Worst customer experience!!! . They will take your money and never make delivery. I have reported the incident with the contact centre and have spoken to the store manager to date no refund has been processed. Its been a month already and i have yet to receive the order or a refund. Nandos, is this your new customer value proposition?
