Nandos being Nandos poor customer care

I went to Nandos West street in Durban the one close to Gardner street. I ordered my meal and i took a seat ,relaxed ready to enjoy my meal.Next thing the waiter is coming to tell me that I am not allowed to sit in that area its closed."All our customers know that they are not allowed to sit this side." A manager was called and she told me about few staff members available blah blah.I asked for a refund of which she gladly gave me and.My suggestion is please put a barricade so that we do not access the area.Customers choose where to sit for a reason. The manager is Novu.
