Nandos

Placed an order from 17h00, now its 18h47 still not delivered. I assumed that there are no drivers since its raining, I drove to the restaurant to fetch it and they said they cannot give it to me but there were no drivers at all but they could not give me. I had to go home empty handed. And To my suprise when i got to the restaurant some people ordered hours ago from rhe restaurant's app but have not received their food. The restaurant wasn't full at all, the staff was so rude to customers even shouting. Am so disappointed with the service from Nandos Jabulani Mall
