Nandos bad service at Kyalami corner

Yesterday I went to Nandos in Kyalami the service was not great, to wrap it short. I bought salad and quarter leg . I was not given fork to eat the salad ,I ate using my hands cause I was at work and didn't have any alternative. Today again in the evening. I went there bought two salads,2 quarter legs hot and soft drinks ,they said the meat will take 20 minutes I said it's fine I will wait. After waiting for that 20 minutes only to find out that the salad is finished. I told them to cancel and refund me or make another hot pot to replace the salads. We had an issue with that until they decided that I must wait for them to prepare those salads for me I had to wait for another ten minutes. This time I reminded them about the salad dressing and fork. Only to find that my aqua calphrina is a mess ,it doesn't even have lemon and mint the taste sucks and I realised that when I got home. I am definitely not happy with the service at Nandos in Kyalami corner and I doubt I will ever go there again. I will stick to Nandos in Bluehills they have never let me down. Kyalami corner their service is absolutely ******* I even told the waiter who was serving me that they must take customers serious. We pay for the services
