Nandos bad service

I bought a full chicken from Nando's Rooihuskraal and 3 sides and I didn't get all 8 pieces and only got 2 half filled sides, I only realized this once I got home and the shops was closed, my whole R320 wasted for me to get half of what I pay for, HOW IS THAT FAIR, they are refusing to assist me.
