Nandos Bad service

I went to Nandos Secunda and bought full chicken, When I got home I noticed that the chicken I had bought had a piece of hair. We then decided to go back immediately and reported the matter the manager, but she refused to help us because she claimed that the hair did not belong to any of her stuff. We asked that she gives us a new order and she refused, we then asked for our refund.
