Nando's bad service

Get to Nandos at 7pm on Sunday night to get me some supper just to be told on 4 different occasions that they can not make what i want to order. From sandwich and chips to hotpot and even chicken livers. Wow what is left then for me to buy in your restaurant? I love nandos and this realy was a shocking experience. Left nandos and got food elsewhere. Thank you nandos.
