Nandos bad quality

I ordered 2 nandos chicken meals on Tuesday the 25th of Oct at Nandos The Neighbourhood square. The spinach was dry and no sauces were included. This is not the first time I have issues. Last the meat was raw and I let it slide. This is really bad if ordering online means less quality. Nobody has responded to my complaint on MrD.
