Nandos bad experience

Terrible experience at Nandos off Lynwood road (opp Grove Mall). Almost an hour waiting for my order. Apparently they were out of chicken. Imagine. They don't even say. Then when the order comes, under cooked chicken, sharing chips not full in the packet, closer to half, those little sachets of source, out of stock. I'm just speachless nje. Why do businesses think it's OK to give substandard service on busy days.
