Nando's - Bad Chicken Livers and Casa Pap

I ordered chicken livers and Casa paps from our local Nando's branch. When I opened the box at home there were probably 4 small dried-out chicken livers with pap and sauce. I love this meal and this was a huge disappointment for me. Nado's food quality used to be very good but has deteriorated over time.
