"Nando's " Azishi ziyabanda

I am appalled by what happened today with my order at the Nando's in Ghandhi Square. I placed an order at 16:20 for it to be delivered. After an hour of no delivery I called back the store for them to tell me there is no order in my name. There was no store manager and they could not even tell me who answered the phone and took my order. Only after I called the customer service then I was told that my order does exist and it was the store which failed to follow through with my order. This was not the first time they did such I think the store needs to be closed or change stuff because they are not doing a great job as they are messing the store's reputation.
