Nando's Athlone - late, cold delivery. Definitely not worth the wait!
My colleagues and I ordered an end of year lunch today from Nando's Athlone from the Nando's website. We were promised it would be delivered at 1.10 - we called several times and were told they couldn't tell us when the driver would arrive. They were very dismissive on the phone and didn't offer any help at all. The driver eventually arrived at 2.40 with cold food. And with half the drinks that were ordered. It was a terrible experience. We paid a lot of money for that meal and it was not good at all. And we waited an extremely long time for it. It wasn't even worth the wait. Not the type of experience I am used to and expect from Nando's.

It is almost a week later and I am still yet to get a response. This is so disappointing. Myself and my colleagues have been really let down by Nando's. And we had always thought you were one of the few we could expect consistent results and quality from. Pity!!
