Nandos are ***** and politically stuffed up
I have ordered 2 meals - order 2252/713296 today from Nandos Glen Acres, 2021/06/30. I was told the order was ready for kerbside collection at 14:44. When I arrived in good time, I waited until 15:00, with no order being executed. When I tried to enter the store. was told to walk away and that they do not offer meals today. This was after I was requested to provide my Car's registration, colour for Nandos to deliver my Kerbside order. No reason or excuse were given, I was just told to leave and that they cannot give me my food.

01 Jul 2021, 16:41Today some one from the Glen Acres Nando's phoned me and shouted at me in a language I did not understand. Should Nando's listen to the recorded call, they will hear that I ask him to speak in Enlish, a language that I do understand. I am sorry, but I have no choice but to respond in kind. I am a client. I tried to order 2 meals. I was turned away when I tried to collect my order at 14:40 with no reason why I was chased away.

07 Jul 2021, 09:59Nando's head office went out of their way to provide me with a meal. thanks! The individual that irked me was reprimanded, but this should not have happened in the first place. I will change my rating.
