Nando's Adderley Street Manager ignoring emails

Good morning,

Please assist.

Following my previous email about the lack of communication from Nando's Adderley street, I received feedback from Aadil Nortan that i could collect a meal I'm assuming to the value of my previous order, however i asked him for confirmation as i do not want to go into the store for no reason and have staff stumble over their feet like they doing you a favor. I sent him a few emails asking for confirmation or just some type of voucher however i have not received any response from Aadil yet.

I have no idea what to do about this.
