Nando's Adderley street lack of communication

Good evening,

I placed an order with Nando's in Adderley Street on the nando's app at 19h11, i received confirmation that my order will be ready at 19h30 for collection upon arrival at the store my brother was told that their ordered closes at 18h30. I don't understand how my order could be accepted and not be made this is unacceptable. I hope that I will be getting some complimentary meal to the value of my order for the inconvenience and lack of communication.

Ola! Come and grab your order from Adderley at around 19:30. Pls collect IN the restaurant. Order number 7734/396263. For queries: ***

Good morning,

Thank you for your reply, which actually mentions nothing about the miscommunication or rather lack there of, i mean in times like this we are all struggling and then your staff still has time to tell me they stop taking orders from 18h30, when my order was accepted and i received an sms.

Please let me know how this will be resolved.
Also an email won't make anything better
