Nando's Adderley is the worst

After launching a complain on hello Peter, eventually Saturday evening after 7pm I received a call from the store manager of the Adderley branch, what a waste of energy that was as he made more excuses for his staff than actual plans to improve the service as I expressed deep concern with the efforts that the kitchen staff put in making sure that a customers meal is pleasure an of the highest quality. After 20 mins spent on the call he offered to replace my burger meal which was not my reason for taking this hello Peter to begin with. I would not recommend this branch to anyone cause the service at other franchises is way better in cape Town
