Nandos a definite no no

I stopped at Nandos New Market in Alberton on Saturday afternoon. I drive over 40km when I want Nandos because this has been the only Nandos which I support. I have been a regular client since they were on Swartkoppies Road and even after they moved I moved to the new store since 2008. I purchased a full Chicken with sides, and a regular livers. I got home and opened up to dish for the family and was disgusted by what I saw. The chicken was not prepared the way I asked as it was dry and looked like it was not cooked through. There was no extra sauce in the chicken like requested. The chicken livers came in the big box but I could count the livers in the box which was only a quarter way full. I have ate at a lot of the Nandos and only really enjoyed the Alberton 1 for many years now however I now realize that Nandos will never be a stop I make anymore. The service is become pathetic just like the food.
