I was dining on the 30th of October 2023 and a ****roach appeared on the side of my plate then I could eat anymore and left the food. I sent a complaint to their customers care twice. I phoned them and they promised to come back to me and they didn't. I did a follow up again and they didn't bother to attend my case. So I thought I should report the case to hellopeter.
