Nando's
Good day,
I got the most horrible service yesterday at Nando's Gold reef city we got there at 21:30 and the cashier told us we can't sit in because they are closing in the 25min. Ok and we understood that but a white lady purchased just after us she was never told that and she sat and ate her meal (black on black service is the worst) then to top all that off we ordered quarter legs and no one informed us that they dont have it we received chicken breast and we ordered pineapple mojito and they gave us cranberry ****tails which was also what we didn't want, no one bothered to tell us prior that they have all that we ordered but they used their own discretion on what we should eat , we didn't receive no serviette and their peri peri sachets. They really wanted to knock off.
There’s more to Nando’s than delicious PERi-PERi chicken. Although that’s a big part of it, we also like to ruffle our feathers about the exceptional experience we create on the whole at our restaurants across South Africa and the world.
