It's disheartening to see some Nando's franchises engaging in dishonest practices when customers purchase a whole chicken. My recent experiences at Nando's Leaping Frog and Nando's Kyalami have been disappointing. Last week, at Nando's Kyalami, I received a whole chicken cut into 8 pieces, with the breast cut into two and two thighs missing. This kind of treatment of South African consumers is unacceptable and needs to be addressed.
