I’ve been having the worst experience with Nandos Montana.

I’ve waited 20 Minutes just to place my order because there’s one undecided customer ahead of me... I asked if they couldn’t allocate another tel and they said “No this is how it works and how We are allocated” and there’s 4 Tills that can be open. I asked if the queue had 20 people what would they do, and response I got is that they would have to wait

If the chicken is not finished, or we always have too Many orders, or you will have to wait 45 minutes for chicken, it’s Someone forgot to defrost the chicken as if it’s the public’s responsibility.
