Nandos 368 Cape Road,Port Elizabeth

I wonder if you could please assist me? I had a very disappointing experience at Nandos 338 Cape Road,Port Elizabeth on the 13th March 2021 at 18:45

I ordered an caramarula milkshake and 2 x 1,5ltr coke I had an voucher from Vodacom for R75-00 for Nandos I had to wait 45 minutes and order still had not arrived,upon quering with staff I was given 2 x dumpie cokes Which was not what I had ordered The cashier refused to rectify my order and refused to speak in English to me instead she spoke to me in xhosa And refused Vodacom voucher Manager was called and also refused to speak English instead spoke xhosa in front of me ,I understand xhosa and the cashier made **** of me

I was charged 93-00 for an milkshake and two 1,5 ltr coke ??? Yet on website different price ?

Covid regulations are not done at store as I had to ask for hand sanatizer and temperature to be taken ??

I am flabbergasted at treatment I received at this Nandos store I expect this matter to be addressed and relevant action to be taken against staff at your store as they placing Nandos in bad light .

I expect matter to be resolved swiftly or I will be going to media ,constitutional court as well as Vodacom whom I received voucher from ! As I have right to be addressed in English and not to be humiliated and ****** by Nandos cashier and manager?

If matter not resolved will be reported to Covid for non compliance
