Nando's Terrible Service, Disgusted....
I went to Nando's in Midrand Midway Mews yesterday to purchase the family meal which retails for R279.<br> This is the same meal I bought 5 times in the last month alone as Midway mews is close to me and usually I have no issues with teh service. The meal come with two chickens, 4 rolls and 3 sides of your choice, when ever I order this meal i ask them to change the rolls to garlic rolls and then select my 3 sides this time however the consultant charged me for changing the rolls when I asked her why i am being charged she called the manager Thandai who kept on repeating like a robot you are being charged because you want to swap the rolls, i explained that i alwasys swap the rolls and have never being charged for it. I dont mind paying however i expect the same principle be followed all the time, you can not change your standards whenever you feel like it. Thandai as no management skills at all, he did not show any concern and kept repeating a single line\because you have to"he chose to let the company name go into disrespute instead of passing a R10 credit"
