Nando's Park view delivery longer than 3 hours

<p>I phoned Nando's park view just before 7. We placed an order and they said it will take about 45 mins. 20:20 I phoned them again and asked about my delivery. They said the driver allready left with our food and will be there shorly. He arived by my house 20:45,without my food. He said that he forgot my food, he will go back and come straight back. he will be max 20mis. 21:40 I phoned Nondo's to cancel my order, they asked me to hold on and will gine me a call back right away. 21:50, not hearing back from Nando's, I took my family to KFC so that we can get some food. my 6 year old was crying for food. 22:03 Nando's phoned me and said he was by my gate. I told him to go back,I allready got KFC.... </p>
