Nando's Ormonde South Johannesburg
<p>Terrible service, second time in one week, order placed on the Friday with staff member Laela M at the Ordmonde Nando's branch in South of Johannesbeg at 12:09 for delivery to my premises in Robertsham.</p> <p> </p> <p>My order: 4x quarter breast portion chickens (2x Mild, 1x Lemon&herb & 1x Extra hot) each with a side wedges and i made a special request that each quarter chicken comes with extra nando's sauce over it, i must have repeated that request 3 times to the staff memeber before ending the call just to ensure he acknowledges and understands my order which he confirmed that he did.</p> <p> </p> <p>I'm extremely disappointed and dissatisfied with the service i'm receiving from Nando's in Ormonde, from being the best to being the worse Nando's in the south of JHB. When the driver delivered my order all four quarter chickens were dry and tasteless no mild or extra hot sauce were added. This is extremely pathetic, i do not recommend Nando's in Ordmonde, avoid the disappointment Columbine is by far the best and always will be.</p> <p>Nando's ormonde needs to consider customer service and satisfaction. Rating out of 10, i would give overall a 1. Horrible and pathetic. Listen to understand and ensure you deliver a good customer service in future. Training recommended to the staff.</p> <p> </p>
