Nando`s is a *******!
You would think that the plastic knife, fork, serviettes, salt and nandos sauce would come standard when you order a burger and chicken strips & rice. <br> When I asked for nandos packet sauce & tomato sauce, the response was no because its against Nando`s policy to give it to us packet sauce without ordering chips, after fighting with them twice in two weeks about it because honestly I have never heard such ******* in my life, (surely if a customer wants extra packet sauce who is willing to pay for it, they should get it) (The price you pay for a cheese burger, surely they could throw a packet sauce in for you)<br> I decide to order chips the third time so I can get the nandos sauce, but to my surprise (NOT), they deliver with no packet sauces. I phone to complain again, the manager Moses says \its head office`s instruction and there is no point in fighting about it"well that's great management Moses"
