Nando's Fearie Glenn
We are regular customers at Nando's Faerie Glen Branch.<br> <br> We visited this outlet (22/01/2016), was totally shocked at the service we received. <br> <br> Our order was confirmed by 3 waiters, and yet not one of them got the order right . We called the Manager, who opted to resolve the issue.<br> <br> He promised us that it would take 5 minutes to resolve, 45 minutes later we were still waiting for our order. When our order arrived, the chicken on the burgers were cold,<br> <br> if this is your Standard of Service, I doubt we will ever visit your Franchise again.<br> <br>
