Nando's - Cold, stale and out of Basic side dishes
I have always loved Nando's and have 3 times over the last 3 months tried to have a meal at the Newton Park Branch. Each time I have been bitterly disappointed and forced each time to return my food to the kitchen to get warmed up. The one time the Chicken was totally cold in the middle. I always used to love the warm crispy fresh rolls served with your meal. This just never occurs any more you get given soft cold rolls, better to just buy from your local Spar at 1/3 of the price. The last episode on Friday evening past was no exception. The food was cold had to be sent back, the rolls felt stale and were cold. They asked what side I wanted, I ordered the Coleslaw, to be told they had none, I then asked for the Spicy Spinach, they had also run out of this. I then asked what sides did they have, to be told only the Salad. Is this they latest trend approved by Nando's - if so I will rather go to KFC for their Zinger range.
There's more to Nando's than delicious PERi-PERi chicken. Although that's a big part of it, we also like to ruffle our feathers about the exceptional experience we create on the whole at our restaurants across South Africa and the world.
