Nando Campus Square Bad Service Delivery

Nandos in general does not respond to complaints logged in this forum or calls you when promised by the call center. On numerous occasions I requested extra sauce to no avail when I reach home. Today I was told that if I paid for the extra sauce only then they would oblige. So it’s my fault now? and at no point was I told to pay for the extra sauce when placing my order. The campus square branch need’s Pedros to open a branch in that shopping center.
