Nan-don't - Sandton City

In recent months I have ordered a lunch delivery from your Sandton store twice. The first experience was terrible and today I thought best to give it another chance. Knowing that this is a busy store, I placed my order well ahead of lunch hour. Once again I was beyond disappointed by the food arriving cold 3 hours post-setting the order and it being clear that no care had been taken in the preparation of the pita that I had ordered. The chicken was tough and overcooked, the toppings and sauce were outside the pita and it was clear to me that whoever had prepared it does not care about their job. Please investigate why your customers are receiving such dismal service and the product is not up to any kind of acceptable standard. This is resulting in loss of regular customers.
