Nado's is a ripoff and does not care about their customers

We ordered Nandos last week Friday. Cost us a fortune via Mr. Delivery. The food was substandard. The chips - we ordered one plain and one peri-peri. We received 2 half boxes of peri peri chips. I contacted the chirp line (spoke to Thoko) to complain, and was then contacted only on Saturday by the manager at Northmead who said he would send me a WhatsApp so i could send him a picture of the half boxes of chips. Did not hear back from him. Phoned the chirp line on Monday and spoke to Busiwe and she said she would get the manager to call me. It is now Friday. #useslessripoff
