Nados call center at Carlton Centre
<p>I'm a fan of Nandos but of late I will have to find another fast food restaurant because this call centre thing is not working. On several time you order food and wait for hours for delivery and guess what, when you follow up you get tranfered from one person to another without any clarity on your order. for the forth time, today I had to go eat by Galitos which is across the road while the order is still not delivered. Indeed the initiative of a call centre can be helpful in terms of job creation but for me it's useless because it's not delivering on what it is meant to do. Most of my colleagues who works at 124 Main Street are sharing the same sentiments and it is not good because negative news spread much faster than good news so Nandos must do something to improve their responsiveness.</p>
