My Worst Nando's Experience's ever! Over 1 hour for Order
<p>I went to Nando's in Bruma thinking that it may be quicker and better than the Nando's in Yeoville (where I stay). I bought a Simple Mozam Paprika Quater Chicken with a Side of Mild Spinach and Mbali took my order. She informed me that there was a 20 minute wait (the time was 18:59), which was quite unlike a Nando's wait, alas, it was post pay day on the eve of a Public Holiday, so I understood. An HOUR later, my number had not been called out while numbers way after mine were starting to receive their orders. I had to go demand my meal. There is absolutely no working order at this Nando's; I have never seen anything like it. People (myself included) lost their initial patience and understanding. How can only 1 person be assigned to dispatch orders?! Needless to say, by the time i got home to eat, the Extra Sauce that I had requested was not provided; I had a DRY chicken for supper and instead of a fork for the Spinach, I was given a butter knife... Not a care from the employees! How's that for Service. At that point, I wish I had just made my own chicken at home because I paid for nonsense, a meal that I did not even enjoy! DID NOT GET MY MONEY'S WORTH AT ALL. </p>
