My worst experience with N

Hello, I'm here to share my experience with Nando's restaurant at Ghandi square, the service was a disgrace, horrible and appalling and can't even find the right word to describe it. I paid for my meal & took a seat while waiting for my meal since it was eat in.... Boy did I not wait for my food😫 people who came after me were served and I just stood there looking as if I'm lost. I sent my son with our order slip to check how far our order was and the lady who was handling orders told my son to sit down as our order is on the way.....I waited and to my surprise the order went straight to the couple who literally just walked in, I then stood up to enquire about my order and the other waiter told me that another waiter left with the slip so they couldn't find my order I then decided to ask for my refund😡 not that they were concerned, not even a single one came to apologize and show empathy, they had bad attitude and we're excited to refund me!!!!! Words fail to describe my experience as I feel belittled by the staff. Imagine sitting for almost 35 min waiting for my order😡😡😡
