My Powerade wasn't delivered with my order, paid for = theft

Very disappointed with the service I got at Nando's Isipingo branch, on the 25th August 2019, I had an order which included a full chicken +4 sharing sides, coke 2L, full livers and nandos roll, and the powerade mountain blast, my Powerade was not delivered and I called the shop to find out about it, I couldn't get hold of the shop, then I called the call Centre and they too couldn't get a hold of the shop, so few days passed by and I ordered at Nando's Isipingo again (on the 31st of August 2019), and requested that my new order be delivered with my powerade which wasn't delivered and they agreed, when delivery came my powerade wasn't there, called the store manager on the 31st of August and was told it was a problem on their side, they will deliver the powerade, till today I have not received my powerade, this is theft because I paid for it but didn't receive it.
