My meat was very cold and not fresh.
Walked into the reaturant and orderd a 1/4 chicken breast with extra souce and spinach and betroot. My food came afters 15mnts which I was fine with. However the meat was very cold as if it was grilled in the morning. I couldn't even cut it with a knife. I called the manager to complain he was not happy but he suggested that he can give me a leg rather. When the next order came it was a very dry breast still burned. I decided to leave the restaurant at I was very angry. And when I left he gave the attitude like go we dont need your money.
Im staying 48km from Nandos and that Kathu one is the only one in the area, driving hungry craving your best Nandos meal and the next thing I get such a service ita very disgusting.
There’s more to Nando’s than delicious PERi-PERi chicken. Although that’s a big part of it, we also like to ruffle our feathers about the exceptional experience we create on the whole at our restaurants across South Africa and the world.
