my food was BAD!!!!!!!!!#

i ordered food on the 4th july, i ordered 1/2 chicken&hotpot grande meal. my order came in time. as i about to eat the chicken was red inside and burnt really BAD , the hotpot was TASTING BAD too and i had to throw away the chicken because i didn't want to get food poisoning.
