My disappointment at Nandos Musgrave

So I visited Nandos in Musgrave Durban with my friends tonight (18/02/2020) at around 19h30. Everything was fine until I was asked to come closer to the speed point and punch my pin. My foot slipped on the floor and than I realised there was a dam of water on the floor. I told the cashier about it and she said they are going to wipe. Fortunately the manager came to the front and I him to please organise someone to wipe the floor and he said they will wipe. I further requested that they wipe immediately before we witness an injury and he quickly requested that one of the cashiers wipe the floor. What posse me off was the fact that the whole staff laughed at me afterwards and started discussing me. I am really offended because I almost broke a leg because of water on the floor but the staff did not take me serious. The manager tried to talk to them about their action but they continued to laugh. I always come and purchase at Nandos Musgrave but this time I was really disappointed.
